DesignRail fastening design proposals are prepared using Computer Modeling systems. These systems and controls are covered by the procedures required under ISO 9001: 2000 Certified - Total Quality System.
Development
PANDROL uses computer-based analytical methods, in conjunction with actual measurements under normal or special operating conditions to establish parameters for development of rail fastening systems. Final designs are proven using Finits Element Analysis programs.
TestingProduct development, product testing and materials analysis is accomplished at our Research and Development Testing Facilities in the United Kingdom and Australia.
